You are only a short drive from freshwater springs, the bay, and beaches. Enjoy the historic downtown of DeFuniak Springs about a mile away. Relax on your front porch and enjoy watching our ducks and a variety of birds among Longleaf pines. Lemon trees, grapefruit trees, and blueberry bushes bloom right out your doorstep. You are welcome to pick and eat if it is the right time of year.

The space​

The cottage has a large private bedroom with new furniture, including a queen-sized bed. The living room has a new sectional couch with a queen sleeper It is an open floor plan. The full kitchen is stocked with pans, plates, and everyday cooking utensils. The dining table seats four. You will love all the views from this cottage.

You are welcome to fish our pond. Catfish, bass, and brim are biting!​

Other things to note​

The cottage is on the same property as our main home. We work from home and are usually always here! We are long-time locals of Walton County. We recently remodeled the main house on this property and became primary residents of DeFuniak Springs. We moved north of the county from the beach so we may enjoy the land and space all while being minutes from all of what Walton County offers.

We are in the process of painting the interior/exterior while making a few other updates as well. Currently plan to have it available by Jan. 20th.
