DIG and Formula Fresh are celebrating a join grand opening at The Market Shops Saturday, June 27 at 9am.
DIG stands for Dig In Gulf! This is a family-friendly, café style eatery offering breakfast, lunch and an early dinner, as well as a healthy selection of prepared meals to go. Also available are cooking lessons by Owner and Executive Chef Brian Murray, formerly of Watercolor Inn & Resort and Emeril's Restaurants. Chef Brian and his wife Monique, also formerly of Emeril's Restaurants and Walt Disney World Resort, have lived in the Sandestin area for 8 years and believe this is the perfect place to raise their children.
Formula Fresh Coffee & Juicery highlights the benefits of organic, clean eating and drinking. The restaurant will feature coffees, cold pressed juices, superfood smoothies, unique teas, specialty lemonades and more. Orders can be made online with delivery services available within a specified geographic region. Owner and founder, Jennifer Gizzi, is the creator of the original concept, Formula Fresh, currently located in Red Fish Village in Santa Rosa Beach. Local entrepreneur, Gizzi also started The Personal Training Studio of Destin and Atlas Performance in 2009. Gizzi’s mission for the Emerald Coast is to make healthy options convenient for all lifestyles.
