Pay Grade: 17 FLSA Status: Exempt
Hiring range: $51,916 - $71,000 (Max) Depending on qualifications (DOQ)
Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the incumbent is responsible for: managing and overseeing all financial, personnel, budgeting, training, purchasing, travel and administrative functions supporting activities of the Walton County Tourist Development Council (TDC), Executive Director and staff; recommending and developing policy and procedures for the TDC as directed by the Executive Director; and overseeing the operation of the Visitors’ Center.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from an appropriately-accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required.
Note: A Master degree in Public Administration or Business Administration and some public sector experience in the essential job functions is preferred.
Five-or-more years of experience in office management, human resources, accounting or marketing Three years proven supervisory experience.
Valid driver license from the state of legal residence.
