Wow, the home page of that site is quite interesting.

The National Review was taken over by NeoCons about 10 years ago (NeoCons are the save-the-world-for-democracy folks that brought us Iraq Part Deux.)

OTOH: They do a nice job of blasting Ken Salazar, the Interior Secretary who allowed the Deepwater Horizon to happen on his watch. Unfortunately, that isn't what they blast him for.

I don't know that it is technically legal in China, but I think it happens pretty routinely there.
