The Friends of Eden Gardens non-profit organization is looking to hire someone to work wedding events at Eden Gardens State Park.
This is a part-time seasonal position, with a majority of the hours during peak wedding seasons March-May, Sept-Dec.
The number of hours you will work may vary based on how many weddings are scheduled for the park. Often times this means working on Friday, Sat or Sun. Shifts typically run from 10am-4pm and you would alternate days with one other employee.
-Customer Service or event experience preferred
-Must be available to work weekends
-Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license
-$25/hr no benefits.
Responsibilities Include:
-Ensuring all wedding parties abide by park rules/policies, ability to enforce stated rules.
-Represent Eden Gardens State Park and the Friends of Eden Gardens in a courteous and professional manner.
-Maintaining spreadsheet of future weddings, dates, scheduling, etc…
-Will be primary wedding contact between wedding parties and The Friends of Eden Gardens.
-Other duties as assigned
