In this position, your responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:
* Perform daily IT tasks as assigned
* Add change, and delete Windows user accounts upon requests of supervisor
* Monitor use of memory and storage capacity; make timely recommendations to enhance systems
* Manage backups of environment as necessary
* Troubleshoot, manage, and resolve problems
* Configure and relocate equipment as needed
* Provide Network support to switches/routers, PBX, data/voice T1s, WAPs, and IT services.
* Create and maintain IT Documentation
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Course Work in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent preferred
* Proficient in Windows XP
* Proficient with tape/disk backup and restore technologies
* Proficient with maintenance and O/S management tools
* O/S security (rights, privileges, accounts) and hardening (upgrades, patches, registry) techniques
* Remote Access / Management experience
* Experience with Exchange and related Microsoft products.
* Working knowledge of network topologies and TCP/IP protocols (TCP, IP, RIP, etc)
* Working Knowledge of application protocols (DNS, IMAP, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP, POP3, FTP, etc)
* Working Knowledge of networking equipment, configuration and operations including firewall, routers, switches and VPN
* Retail/POS experience is a plus
* Hospitality Experience a plus
*Excellent Customer Service skills
*Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
