General Maintenance Technician
Rosemary Beach, Northwest Florida’s premiere Gulf front community, is currently accepting applications for a Maintenance Technician. Applicants must possess at least 3 to 5 years of extensive general maintenance experience. Working knowledge of appliance repair; competencies in electric, plumbing and HVAC repairs; ability to repair/replace doors, windows, walls, floor, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry and remodeling work as needed all with minimal assistance or supervision. CPO and EPA Certifications are preferred, but not required. Flexible schedule available, but must be able to work weekends and holidays. Applicants are subject to criminal background check and drug screen.
