We love vacation home rentals. Relaxing with family and friends in a big place with a great kitchen and a pool is so much better than staying in a cramped, crowded hotel. VRP is taking the vacation rental experience to the next level by solving the problems surrounding trust, booking, and inconsistent quality of vacation homes. We're building the next great hospitality brand in the travel industry by combining top notch technology with a bend over backwards level of quality and service.
We are a young, small company that is growing rapidly and we are interested in hiring people that can grow with us. A glimpse at the job:
You'll be responsible for ensuring that we're delivering on our promise of a top notch traveler and homeowner experience. This means managing quality control, communicating with owners, and helping guests when something hasn't gone 100% according to plan. You'll be the "boots on the ground," and our direct line of communication to owners and guests.
This is a full time job, but not a 9-5 one. All applicants will be required to have some availability 7 days a week including evenings and weekends. With that said, we will work our hardest to come up with a schedule that works with your life, as we value work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
managing housekeeping, maintenance, home presentation, property condition and quality control
ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience
communicating with owners concerning care of their homes and working with owners to ensure their homes consistently meet quality and maintenance standards
meeting new homeowner clients and explaining the value of our service, setting them up on the program and setting expectations
working with our housekeeping services to ensure homes meet cleanliness standards for every single guest
coordinating maintenance projects
documenting & reporting on damage caused by guests
responding to guest emergencies
neighbor relations - working with local residents to minimize disturbances
helping us build our team of fantastic local talent

Handyman skills a big plus

You'll need to be an expert on what creates a great vacation rental experience. . ...so you'll need to stay in our homes! Once a year you'll get an all expense paid weekend trip to stay at one of our properties.
Discounted stays at any of our properties
