Are you going to see OK Go tonight at the Metro - or at the Tower Records on Clark - they have a signing tonight at 7

Aren't you something!!
No I'm not going. My son would love to go see them in concert but it's 18+ and he's only 15. And the Tower Records thing would probably be mobbed!!! Even tho we'll actually be down in the city until about 2:30. You're not going, are you????

No - but thought of you when my husband mentioned the instore - not certain if this in store needs wristbands - but if it does I could probably pull a few strings for you and get some. Sometimes they limit it to 400 people.

Just talked to my husband - he said there are no wristbands - they only expect 100-150 people - so no problem getting in - they are going to play for about a half hour and they sign stuff before they take off for the Metro - so you could take your son there if you are up to Clark St Parking on a Friday night.

He is in charge of building maintenance for Tower east of the Mississippi. He travels a lot - but is in town right now at the Schaumburg store. He was at the Clark St store yesterday.

Wow. Very interesting.
Thanks for the "inside" info. I'm sure my husband won't want to go, and I don't want to wait around from 2:30 until 7ish. PLUS, it's too dam* cold out!!!
