First and foremost, I hope ya'll got the good rain that we got Friday night-my yard is so happy!!!
If you're free, hubs will be showing his pearl and leatherwork at the Ft Worth Arts Goggle on Saturday Oct 8th, the Arts Goggle is from 4-10pm along Park Place, Magnolia and South Main St in Ft Worth in the New Southside area-aka the hospital district. This area has been undergoing a great urban renewal the last few years and Arts Goggle is much fun. Businesses of all types along these streets open their doors to local artists to show and sell their work, they usually have snacks, wine and beer (for free) for the browsers, there are several live bands along the way as well. Hubs will be at 1612 Park Place at the Cowtown Marathon offices. He's come a long ways since my bday gifts and has created some really cool stuff. His business is called Native Pearls-he's a Choctaw Indian hence the name! I hope ya'll can come out and have some fun, check out the art-including hubs' work and meet in real life!!!
