I just submitted a complaint online. Maybe they'll send me a box with no roaches.

Did you open a fresh box, and the roach was in it? OH, YUCK, I thought maybe it was already opened. My mom opened a box of frozen spinach one time, and found a half of a lizard!!!! She wrote the company a 6 page letter, telling them all about her mental distress when she discovered it. They sent her an apology and coupon for new box, needless to say she didn't use it!!!!!
