I'd love to win it, but:
The casita has what looks like a 60 sq foot shower and only one chair to sit in; you can see the commode from the entire room. That's not a guest suite, it's a prison cell!
The walk-through pantry is nice, but honestly, they say you can stash dirty dishes in there? Is there a dishwasher in there?
No TV in the great room, you are supposed to just have witty conversations in there and then retire to the windowless media room to watch the game.
The only access to the laundry room is from the master suite.
The recycling room is just strange. Good storage, but a narrow space to walk through from the garage to the kitchen.
The kitchen has no counter space next to the ovens.
The secondary bedrooms and home office are small.
I love the use of wood inside, and the tilework in the kitchen.
