- Home owner and guest interaction on a daily basis
- Manage on-site staff, maintenance team, housekeeping staff and all vendors
- Assist in the creation and direction of company and customer workflows and guidelines
- Understanding and managing internal booking software
- Inspection of each property on a day-to-day basis
- Preparing all inventory items for properties
- Coordinate all maintenance, cleans, and responsibilities
- Inspection of property immediately following guest departure as well as before guest arrival (after housekeeping team)
- + Additional responsibilities are required
- Incredible customer service skills
- Able to wear many different hats and be a team player
- Excellent communicator
- Detail-oriented and a self-starter
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and tech-savvy
- Must be a quick learner
- Follows direction well and takes initiative
- Must be very organized
- Must have weekend availability
- Must be willing to occasionally be “on call”
- Must have a can do attitude
