That's okay jdarg.....you have animals to keep and love. Leave the glue gun for others....in the wrong hands they can burn the dickens out of your fingers!!! You could start small on a project....I glued some very small shells on the rim of a lampshade and it was just the right touch.

Maybe I can start by glueing my brains back in my head!! I stupidly invited friends over for dinner tonight. I needed this like a hole in the head with the "newer" dog (MacGregor is the "new" dog). It's gonna be chaos- when they start playing, everything goes flying. Fortunately these people are doglovers, and hopefully won't mind a lapful of fluffy dog. Of course instead of posting, maybe I should be cooking?

jdarg, I find that I always post the MOST when I should be doing something else--cooking, cleaning, doing laundry--all that horrible boring stuff that you have to do in life! So don't feel bad about visiting here when you ought to be in the kitchen. ;-) You're in good company with this bunch.

I can't make mudpies. Honestly. My MIL gave me a hot glue gun for Christmas one year. Everyone thought it was REAL freakin' funny. Except me. I didn't even know how to plug it in. :idontno:
I had to buy craft supplies for a my 3-year-old's Halloween party. I had a list of materials, not something I was putting together on my own. So, the phone rings while I'm in Hobby Lobby, my best friend says, "Where are you?" I tell her, she immediately goes into hysterical laughter.
My point is--you're among friends, welcome! :clap_1:
