House to lease and share with somone

Hey-
Anyone out there who wants to lease and share an inexpensive house in the Santa Rosa Beach area? Just throwing this out there as an option for those of us looking for a roomate or house to share. Have seen my share of doozies. Actually, a very nice real estate guy sugggested it, and apparently with the state of the economy, it's not that uncommon. Anyway if anyone is interesed or has some other advice let me know. Am a single retired female 50ish, very easygoing, loves kids and pets-(potbellied pigs-not so much--although they are cute). Don't mind outside smokers , or someone who drinks a little--but please, am not interested in anyone who loves to "PARTY!" Or drama. In the meantime will keep looking and hope no one else I meet says he's really looking for a live in girlfriend!

Hi! I've been looking for a rental myself, relocating from New Orleans. I am also in my 50's, single. I decided maybe I should try looking for a roomate as well as a new home. I do have a 6 lb. dog who you would love and also 3 cats, declawed and very clean. I was just finished a 30 day stay at Magnolia Cottages and returned to New Orleans. I will be returning as soon as I find some places to look at. I have my own home here in N.O. I will be renting out as well as a rental property so no problem paying rent.
