Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector
Emerald Coast Cleaning Solutions is one of the fastest growing hospitality companies on the Emerald Coast.
We are hiring for the position of Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector.
In this role, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must also be very detail oriented, and have the ability to react to owner and guest requests in a timely manner. Must have the ability to work Saturdays during the high season ( March 1 to Labor Day).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following areas:
This position is an hourly position starting at $13.50/hour with a pay raise to $15/hour after a successful 90 day evaluation. We also provide a weekly gas allowance for mileage.
Position is for 30 hours per week until March 1[SUP]st[/SUP] when it increases to 40 hours per week. Position requires Saturday work with Sunday and one other day during the week being a day off.
Candidate must also be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following areas:
- Work closely with the owners to schedule cleaning personnel for up to 50 properties a week.
- Coordinate and assist housekeeping personnel with preparing linen, towels, and amenity bags for each property every week.
- Coordinate and assist with delivery of linens to laundry facility and ensure proper standards are followed in packing and sorting of each property’s linens.
- Handle purchasing of supplies form local providers such as paper products, linens, etc.
- Coordinate the pick-up and drop off of linens from housekeeping personnel on Saturday morning at the company’s warehouse facility.
- Inspect 8-10 properties on Saturday and ensure time frames are met as well as maintain the highest standards for the housekeeping operation.
- All other duties as assigned.
