Nearly been killed twice in the past week crossing 98. Once on 395, once on 283 both traveling southbound as people were turning left onto 98. They just assume that the green is a damn arrow, it happens several times a day. I have no idea why we have a traffic light at chat holley, but no arrows on the busiest intersections in the area. Someone will die. Matter of time.
