BlueFox..my son just moved to Brandon Oaks subdivision which is just a few miles north of the 331 bridge. He is renting a brand new 2 story 3 bed, 2 bath home for $975/month. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. I believe it is about 1350 sf. I am not sure if they have any left for rent in there but it might be worth a call. I can provide a phone number if you are interested. I know it isn't exactly the location you are looking for but you could easily be to 283 in 10 minutes and they are a good price!
