Our daughter just got a 35 1.4. She loves it. She ordered hers online. She had rented one in the past, so she knew what she liked.
What a beautiful weekend in Atlanta to shoot a wedding! She said the one she shot at the Four Seasons in Philly last weekend was awesome too.

Not sure what I want, Kurt! I am just a novice....like to tool around. Haven't had any real time off in ages, so I thought this week may be the time to look around!

Seacrest girl - might I respectfully suggest that you learn to use your camera. I mean, really learn to use it, before you purchase a new lens. As your sister, I'll be happy to loan you two kids to practice on.
Plus, we're bringing two photographers with us next weekend so you can pick their brains a bit

Why is this in the all about Sowal forum? It belongs in the all about ME forum, lol.

You know, I'm not sure where to post certain things. If someone asks a question in particular forum, I don't do the research to determine if s/he has posted in the proper forum. I just answer them in the forum in which the post was made.
Guess you need to contact the Sowal.com 911 line (kurt) to get clarification on your question.
