Do you have that same freaking stainless steel KitchenAid refrigerator that everyone else on 30A has? Everyone I've talked to has a problem with it, including my sister in her home near mine.
Due to the heat and humidity in the summertime in Florida, there is not enough of a barrier between the exterior ice dispenser and the freezer. So the ice in the ice bucket melts, causing water to pool on the floor under the refrigerator. We removed our ice bucket and have put old-school ice trays in the freezer. When the weather gets cooler, we'll put the ice bucket back in.
I always call G & M in PC for appliance repairs. Not their bad that KitchenAid has poor design.

Clarks Ice Maker repair
I called Clarks and they came out promptly and repaired my icemaker. Would hope others will use them for any type of refrigerator repair
