I've enjoyed my errands today and tonight as I've seen so many people here this week. They are buying out the grocery stores, in shops of all kinds, and the restaurants are full again! I know it is the largest week of Spring Break, but it's just nice to see lots of happy people! Which means many businesses are making money!

 Thank you for coming back! We love tourists and second home owners!!!!!

Yes, it is a very good thing. Just need to remember to leave early for appointments, especially at lunch if going through the 395 - Scenic 30A intersection. Backed up westbound today at 1 p.m. all the way to Charlie Brown's house.

Thanks DL....Grayton is busting at the seams with people riding bikes, walking dogs, running, walking, going to the beach, sitting on porches, and dining! Grayton feels alive.....and I love all the different dogs I see.

It's always a bit of a shock to the system when the spring breakers arrive after a very quiet winter, but it's great to see the hustle and bustle. (And we're grateful to have our rental house booked!)

Is it just me, or are there more college kids here than in the past? Did you see the house in Seaside on 30A that has a frat flag flying from it and the college boys drinking beer on the balcony? I'm glad it's not my house!

In this economy, we should all be grateful for the business that will at least boost our local economy
