Long term rental needed (small pet okay)

I have a 1 bedroom carriage house for rent, long term, and I will consider a small pet. The carriage house is located 1 lot out of Seaside. It has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher. The kitchen and living room is one room separated by an eating bar, the bathroom has a shower, the bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a deck off from the living room and there is a garage, parking for 1, with a washer dryer.

Thank you so much for your reply...sounds very nice and probably is perfect for me, but I can't afford more than $700.00 per month right now. The location would have been perfect too since I work for an attorney in Seagrove. Again, thanks for responding...have a great day!
