Wanted Long term rental starting April/May 2022

I have a 3/2.5 ( possible 4th bed) renovated home with 2 car garage in Escada on the lake available for rent- neighborhood has swim, tennis, Bball court, clubhouse and walk or bike to beach and Van Butler Elementary . Have a 4 bed/4.5 bedroom available mid June for 1 year. Located on Camp Creek lake by Watersound Beach. 2 car garage w/carriage house above that is full 1bdrm apt w/kitchen and washer/dryer. Fully furnished is $13,500. Happy to discuss renting not furnished. LMK if in your budget.
 
Thank you. House sounds great. We are looking for unfurnished. As a former SRB resident, i will say that I know rentals are at an all time high and large homes are scarce, but the rent is a touch high. We are willing to pay a premium for a premium home, but that is out of our range. Thank you for reaching out.

Yes, rental is crazy here and there is a lack of availability; especially on 30A. We are offering and would prefer to rent unfurnished but most seem to want furnished. Unfurnished the monthly rent is $10,500 so lmk if there is an interest. It is a gated community which does not allow short term rentals. I is very private as only 16 lots w/8 of them on the lake. 2 car garage w/carriage above as well commands a higher price. We are also leaving the paddle boards, canoe etc on the beach for the tenant to utilize. Thx for your response.
