Looking for a LONG TERM Rental. 1-2 year lease (Looking to buy near future). Not on or around the seasonal rentals. Quiet area does not have to be walking distance to the beach. I am serious when I say this. The landlord must provide references and include in the lease timely follow up on tenets request for repairs etc. I am willing to provide references and as well pay my rent annually. Must allow small pets and no weird association rules. Min required 2 bedroom 2 bath, clean and well maintained, Security and privacy preferred. Yes I do expect a discount for the annual payment. I will be in the area most of next week. I am here today but will be meeting with friends and enjoying this weekend with friends and family. PM me please.
