I am born and raised in the area, and my girlfriend is moving back down here from Georgia. We are looking to lease a 1BR/1BA (or something along those lines) for 6 months right around $1000 per month or under with utilities. We will both be working full time+ hours and basically need a nice little condo/apartment/cottage to lay our head at night after working all day. I am a local musician and surf instructor.
