Starting to look for something with a move in date at the beginning of October. (Open to being a little flexible if needed)

- Price: $2500-2900 (can be flexible, depending on the unit/location)
- Location: West side of 30A (Ideally somewhere between Topsail and Blue Mountain Beach) Don't want to be up near the bay and would not like to be any further east than 283 if possible.
- Must have a garage.
- Unfurnished.
- I currently live in Santa Rosa Beach.

Not sure it meets your needs but garage is full of my stuff. And the house is furnished. Not allowing my furniture to be moved… but available end of Oct.
