I have a friend looking for LTR, needs to be at least 3bed, 4 would be nice, 2 bath minimum, place for kids to play, They have a small dog and would like to stay between Sandestin and 283. $1400 is the max.

3br 2ba with Dock and Ski Lake Access - SoWal Beaches Forum

It's a 3 bedroom and doesn't mention pets, but it is $1200/month and on a lake in a good neighborhood.

I was looking but since found something I love. While looking I found a BayFront home, 3/2/1- with a dock and boatlift for $1300. It was off E West Hewitt... go all the way back to the bay and turn left follow the curb and it is on the right. Very nice!

I ended up with the best deal in all of SRB. I so badly want to tout----Man alive there is a lot of good stuff out there, but the prices are all over the place! Good luck!

There is a sign for a 4 bedroom right on top of Santa Rosa Ridge in Santa Rosa Beach South of 98 on 393. It has a phone number and the sign has been there for many weeks. I didn't write down the number last time I past by. Sorry.
