The lot has a nice elevation, no Homeowner's Dues, no build-out times and is currently the lowest priced lot listed in the neighborhood.

We have a lot on Somerset Bridge. It is in a small gated community with a very reasonable HOA. Walk to beach. Wooded and Lake front.
