Plus, you are only a short bike ride (and I do recommend riding bikes with your children if you are able) to any of the three schools within a 1/4 of a mile, Bay Elementary, South Walton Montessori, or Point Washington Methodist. And if you have a Middle School aged child, you will not be far from the new Emerald Coast Middle School going in 1/2 mile east on US98, nor would you be all that far from Seaside Neighborhood School in Seagrove.
Easy commute to Destin, Panama City Beach, and Freeport, and the Publix at WaterColor Crossing.
Garage, Florida Room, Mud Room, Lawn Service, and Gas Fireplace are just a few of the amenities.
