I am a 26 year old female, I have a fiancé and two children ... I have recently received a job offer in fort Walton .... I have been looking for a place to rent for a month now ... I’m starting to feel like I need to give up and not take the job offer due to this problem ... all apartments in fwb and Navarre are full ... all realitors want a very high credit score . I’m not gonna sit here and try to lie ... I only have a 585 credit score .. I will only be making 16$ a hour at my job . My fiancé plans to find work there once we move , as of now he has just got out of the military... I plan to also wait tables on weekends to make extra income as I do work two jobs now in MS! I am hoping someone can please help me out with something long term to rent for my family .
