I have a 1 bedroom/1bath condo available for Long Term Rental starting Jan 1, 2012. Beachwood Villas is the complex which is located in Seagrove Beach. It is a ground level unit and is fully furnished. The rent is $850 per month. It includes basic cable, water and trash. The renter is responsible for the power and phone bill. It is a non smoking condo and no pets.
The location is fantastic. It is across the street from the beach only a 1 min walk to the boardwalk access to the beach.
The bedroom has a queen size bed. There are 2 TV's one in the bedroom and one in the den.
The condo is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots/pans etc. I have attached some pictures. Please note that the picture in the pdf of the kitchen table is out of date. We no longer have the white wicker table instead we have the pretty metal one with the glass top that is in the single picture that is attached.
We just installed a new AC unit in June so you will stay nice and cool in the summer. The complex has a tennis court and 2 swimming pools. Our last renter stayed for 4 years so that should indicate how comfortable the place is to live in.
Please email me if you are interested or if you have any questions.
