Screened porch overlooking Pt. Washington State Forest (you can almost see the Gulf). Complex has pool and fishing lake with pier. Available Aug. 1. Current occupants have been there 18 months and are retiring back to Atlanta. Rent of $1,100/mo includes water, sewer and cable. Electric has averaged about $100-$110/month.
