we have Krystal's in the south, I believe its the same exact burger/food. Love 'em. acquired taste in college, very late night drunken starvation food. still love 'em. but no krystals near sowal!!!

I love Krystals! I had them for lunch at least three times/week when I was working in Mobile. But the taste and texture is definitely different than White Castle. The only thing that's the same about them is the shape and size. For one, White Castles are soggy (soaked with grilled onions and grease) and they don't put tomatoes, lettuce on them like Krystals. You can get cheese or bacon, but that's about it. They don't call them "belly-bombers" for nothing!

well I've never had white castles. but the last time I crammed several krystals in my mouth they were served with chopped onion, ketchup, &mustard only (cheese if you ask). they were square and small and greasy as can be. I add lots of ketchup. yum.
