Your not being nosy its a pretty cool story.
We started talking on this site about the boat and the lake. My profile said Atlanta so she thought it might be Lanier. Turned out it was. She told me she had some friends on the lake. Her friend gave us directions by water to his dock so we went over to meet Alli and her friends. Its pretty cool how this site brings folks together. :clap_1:
My wife and I met on the internet 4 yrs ago. Turned out that we lived 5 miles apart and hung out in the same area. We dated for a few years and got married a little over a year ago.
Sometimes you just get lucky.

I noticed one day, on the board, that he was from the Atlanta area...and was posting about Lake Lanier. I knew that I was going to be going to the lake alot this summer (my best friend has access to a Lake House 24/7) so JT and I started emailing and knew we would make good friends! He & his wife were spending the weekend on the lake, aboard their boat, so they boated to my cove on Saturday and spent a while tied to our dock! SoWallers make instant friends!
He does not have a sticker on his boat...I was going to give him one before they left...but I could NOT walk the 79 steps back up to the house...not even for SoWal! so we agreed I would mail him some!

jason came from crystal lake. up in indy there are some apartments called crystal lake apartments and they surround a pond - i wouldn't live there on a bet !
