Tammy Binkley is a local certified yoga teacher. Tammy began teaching yoga in 1999 and has since taken her yoga into the community in many different ways. She teaches private and public classes at The Barefoot Yoga Studio in Niceville, as well as the students at Destin Middle School. Along the way Tammy has become an activist for using yoga to unite the community for creating peace and compassion for all beings.
Give BIG Yoga is committed to creating an awakening in fellow yogis to take our practices off the mat and into the world through personal peace, non-violence, world awareness, tolerance and sustainability. Our goal is to make yoga available to many first time yogis as well as long term practitioners through teaching that is considerate of all levels. This "community" class is by donation, all proceeds from Give BIG Yoga go to Friends of the World Food Program.
