Wanted need a place for about 4 months near Seaside

I'm needing to find a place for around $400/mo. I am moving down there to work at Bud and Alley's in the beginning of May and will be coming back to good ole TN at the very end of August. I'm a pretty laid person, just coming down to work and get away from my home town of Cookeville. So, anyone who knows of a 1 bed- 1 bath, someone needing a roommate or just wanting rent out a room of their house- please let me know!!

Possibility

I am moving to Blue Mountain Beach soon and it is possible I can rent one of my 3 bdrms out for the time you need. I have to wait until I get there to see how big the house is. It is in a great location, 2nd house off of 30A accross the street from the beach access. It is being totally renovated so it will be nice. I can let you know when I get settled if you are still looking. Rent is $850/MO so you would pay half of that plus half of electric. Let me know if you are interested. I do have 3 cats and a 6 lb dog who everyone falls in love with.
