Beach Crab
Hi Everyone! My boyfriend and I are currently living in Cincinnati, OH until the end of March. Our lease will be up in April and we are ready to head back down south! We plan on settling down and buying a home in the Santa Rosa Beach area after renting and getting to know the real estate market better. We are open to rentals and rent to own if we love the house. We are in search of a 3br/2bth home in the Santa Rosa Beach area to rent for at least a year until my other home in Birmingham, AL sells. Our budget is to be below $1800/month if possible. We want to be somewhat close to 30a since our future jobs will most likely be on 30a or closer to PCB. We like the Point Washington area and Inlet Beach. We both work in the veterinary field. I am a vet tech and he is a veterinarian, so we do have 4 very well behaved dogs that sleep most of the time. We have a 3 yr. old lab, 8 yr old german shorthaired pointer, a 5 year old greyhound and a 4 year old 4lb chihuahua (who is hardly a dog!
). We definitely need a home that has a large or small fenced in backyard for them. We are currently renting a 1300 sq. ft. home with a small fenced backyard and they have adapted wonderfully to it. We are non smokers and keep everything very clean/tidy. We are open to a furnished or unfurnished home. Please let us know if there is anything that will be available around April. We understand that having that many dogs may be hard for those of you who own homes with HOA. However, we would love it if someone would be open to it and we could always pay a pet deposit for them if needed. They have never messed up a house before and we are of course responsible dog owners. We would love more options than craigslist and zillow since only a few are pet friendly. We need help finding a home so we can get down to the beach to take care of your furbabies and out of cold Cincinnati!
