Need Management Company recommendations

[patticakes]

Does anybody have any recommendations for a management company? We will be doing short term rentals but handling all bookings/contracts/monies ourselves and need somebody to oversee cleaning/inspection and maintenance/repairs as needed.

We use Sanddollar One-www.sanddollarone.com-they've been great. We do our own bookings/etc and use them for inspection and maintenance.
