Need Rental

[JoshMclean]

I have a good friend that is looking for a place to rent. He would like a 1 BR or studio around $400 a month. He is considering taking on roommates so will consider a 2BR for around $800 or a 3BR around $1200. If you have anything available please let me know. He is looking for a 6 month or year lease.

Josh,

We have a home that is currently listed for sale -- MLS# 450433
It's a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom in the GulfView Heights neighborhood.
The owner is open to the idea of renting on a short term basis so long as the renter was aware and ok with the fact that the house is for sale.
If she were to find the right long term renter, she might consider taking the house of the market. When renting previously she was asking $1200 long term but would consider less for a short term tenant. If your guy is interested, let us know and we can get you more information.

Thanks,
