Wanted Nice, reliable family lookin for LTR in SRB/30A

October time frame!

Need a pet friendly home, no more than $900 a month. 2 young children, one attending Van Butler, so we would like to stay in the 30A area. Saving for our first home, and looking for a 2 year lease.

I know there are rentals in the neighborhood of Church Street Village (behind the Santa Rosa Beach Community Church). If you go by the model home, the real estate agent should be able to help you.

It is a really really nice house on the road behind senor mojitos, the landlords seemed like really great folks. It is a lease option too.
