Ruff Dog Rescue (No kill shelter) is in desparate need of donations to help pay our power bills and we are on line for our website with Cox cable, water bill, etc. We would appreciate prepaid credit cards to purchase gasoline for our vehicles to take the dogs to vet and to off site locations to be seen at events. We also need clorox bleach, Canned Green Beans, Pasta, Canned chicken, fish oil tablets, blades for our clippers, water hoses, . We also can use paper towels, toilet paper, copier paper 8-1/2 x 11, and 8-1/2 x 14, ball point pens, file folders, large tarps, large tupperware containers, laundry soap 2x with no fragrance and no dyes, dishwasher powders, hand soap, trash bags (tall kitchen size as well as 55 gallon, milk bones, leashes, harnesses (large and extra large), clorox clean up, 409 cleaner, disinfectant wipes, raw hides (please only the flat type and none with knots on the ends of them), blankets (none with padding in them), towels (we need towels badly), bedspreads (without padding in them), kuranda beds that keep them off the floor Donate to Rescued Unwanted Furry Friends in Fort Walton Beach, Florida | Kuranda Dog Beds our full name is Rescued Unwanted Furry Friends (they have us listed on their "donate a bed" website.) We can always use people to work in our thrift store and walk dogs at our kennels or help us clean the dog runs outside or help maintain the grounds at our kennels. We are located at 91 Ready Avenue in Fort Walton (industrial park) or if that is out of your way.... we will pick up. All donations are greatly appreciated.
We also need a nice van and SUV to take our dogs to the vet and off site events. Our van is very old and still running but needing lots of expensive repairs. Since we are a non profit organization... we can give you a tax receipt for your taxes at the end of the year for any donations.
We need "foster" homes for some of our senior dogs that never get chosen for adoption. It is such a shame because they are wonderful and have so much love to offer.
Please help us help these wonderful dogs.

If there are no dogs in Heaven, then when I die I want to go where they went. -Will Rogers
A dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more than he loves himself!
Josh Billings
I looked at all the caged animals in the shelter... the cast-offs of human society. I saw in their eyes .. love and hope, fear and dread, sadness and betrayal and I was angry. "God," I said, "this is terrible! Why don't you do something?"
God was silent for a moment and then spoke softly and said, "I have created you." > Jim Willis 1999
