Not so unbelievable

We need more NOLA and less ATL in our restaurants.

For some reason... I find that people from NOLA have a great sense of humor, they’re a little more laidback, and in my humble opinion... very easy to get along with. IDK, that’s just my experience? Oh and food wise, I can’t live without crawfish done properly, shrimp and grits and many other dishes.
