One man restaurant

I need help either locating or letting me know that I do not have the correct info, on a restaurant in the area that is "supposedly" ran by one person. This person does the cooking, grows their own herbs & veggies & then serves it. Has anyone heard of this existing? If so, please give me info and how to find or research it.

It is Blooms, and the owner is Eric Bloom. The restaurant is located in his home, on 30-A East of Gulf Place. He grows beautiful fruit trees and herbs in his yard.
