This position will manage and/or interact in:
- Employees - store and HQ/warehouse
- Employee health/motivation/team building/conflict resolution
- Skills assessment/future growth & development/training
- Provides regular feedback & annual evaluations/company and individual’s goal setting
- Merchandising/best product in best place/inventory turnover/collaboration with buyer
- Propose/champion new ideas; carefully evaluate with team including cost/benefit analysis and implement when consensus is reached
- Maintain work processes and adherence of same
- Warehouse
- Manages and leads HQ employees
- Product receiving/tagging/merchandising
- Coordinates store product delivery & supplies
- Monitors Inventory levels and control
- Company van – maintenance/insurance/registration/drivers
- Point of Sale system
- Stewardship of system/data/training/troubleshooting
- Process required procurement documents/data
- Collaboration with CFO
- Accounting/Tax compliance
- Salary, wages & benefits
- Monitors sales against established goals and intervenes as necessary
- Maintenance of established business best practices
- Collaboration with Owner
- Special projects
- New product and business development
