Sorry, but the stand (floor model) was part of a just-delivered load to Goodwill. The response I've gotten to my posts has been so light, that I just decided to donate everything to charity.

Try Bay County Goodwill. I dropped off a ton of stuff: new tubes, new tires, the stand, etc.
