I have worked alongside agents/teams with excess of $30,000,000 yearly sales, and managed every aspect of listings/sales from pre-list/contract to close. With marketing, I created and executed marketing strategies/collateral, copy, ongoing correspondence and website content. I have experience monitoring/coordinating residential projects for absentee owners, review and negotiation of contracts, change orders and acting as liaison between client and various vendors.
