Pet Peeves

It's even worse when it's a political email forward, and the person who sent it to you obviously does not know that you do not share their views or care that someone else might find the email offensive. I made enemies once by hitting "reply all" when I responded with my opinion/request to be removed. But I think they got my point. Don't send slanted, political mass emails!

Oh, and people who are rude in restaurants. Was that one already mentioned? Stay home, losers.

Sorry, grumpy this morning...school started back today. :bang:

You are so right about the political e-mails- although it worked in my favor with one person who had gone "off the deep end" so to speak. It was during the 2004 election, and she was sending out all the offensive rumor stuff- I told her we didn't care for that sort of mail, and we never heard from her again!

My other e-mail pet peeves are the ones like "Target doesn't give money to Vets", "Send this e-mail around and $1 Will be Donated to Breast Cancer", etc. Urban legends and such- yechh. I have to check Snopes at least once a week!

The secret language spoken by employees of fast food chains.

Apparently "No Mayo" in my language means "Extra Extra Mayo" in theirs. :bang:

And "extra dressing" on the side means NONE. :bang:
