We are relocating from Daphne AL, where my husband runs Tusker's Home Store in Mobile (the sister store to the Mirimar Beach location).
This comes with short notice, so we are in a bit of a hurry to find a home to rent that will allow our daughter (who is in kindergarten) to attend Van Butler Elementary School. Her education is extremely important to us!
We are looking to spend no more than $1100 a month, but will commit to a 2 year lease, handle all maintainance of the home, lawn care, as well as high end fixture upgrades (choice of owner) as barter for a lower monthly rent.
We have a miniature schnazuer named Nikki (she is a fabulous dog, spade, house broken, doesn't chew, very loving). Prefer a fenced yard due to dog and small children (5 yr old and 2 yr old).
I am a stay at home, but run a jewelry business for fun and additional income.
