What would you pay?

We have had this property listed since February 2007.
When we first posted on this message board that it was for sale, we received some lovely comments. Recently the seller has dropped the price but we still have not received any inquiries. We market the property daily but can't seem to generate any serious interest. We realize the market is slow and the supply is overflowing but we would really love some kind of feedback.

We know time is very valuable, but If any of you have a minute to make a quick comment, we would super appreciate it. We think the seller's asking price is in the ballpark when looking at comps - though she is considering another substantial price reduction to try and move this property.

What would you pay or what do you think someone would pay for slightly over an acre of land in Pt Washington?
