Reading Tide Chart

If memory serves me, then I want to find a high tide that has the highest number - like .8 and up in order to have the best vis correct?

Let's say I wanted to snorkel at PCB St Andrew - looks like some really nice high tides right? For example, May 1 11:04am is 1.7.

I had this tide reading down pat, but my old brain is just making sure. We had a wonderful dive there last August. I have my new shortie and am dying to try it out.
